The Khanate Invasion of the Great Yuan Dynasty
It’s 1274, the beginning of the golden age of the Great Yuan Dynasty. Thanks to Kublai Khan, Ghengis Khan's grandson, China under foreign Mongolian rule has flourished. The economy is thriving and innovations are continuously brought into the nation due to the prosperity of the Silk Road. However, unbeknownst to the Great Yuan’s inhabitants, Kublai Khan was not the only descendant of Ghengis Khan, and the Great Yuan is not alone. Various kingdoms - all once part of the vast Mongol Empire - span across Eastern Europe to Russia. Descendants of Ghengis Khan rule the Ilkhanate in Iran, The Chagatai Khanate in Central Asia, and the Golden Horde in Eastern Europe. Tensions are rising as each empire wants a piece of the newly found Great Yuan’s empire and claims to Kublai’s throne. The other Khanates have begun to push toward the Yuan’s borders, it is time to plan the next move. As members of Kublai Khan’s court and advisory board, it is up to you delegates to decide the Great Yuan’s fate!
